In search of a job asap I came down from Alabama on a construction crew and walked off today cause the supervisor had some anger issues need a job asap I want to fully stay in Tampa area and need a high enough paying job to stay in a hotel until I can find a place to move here. Anything helps I work hard and know a good bit about home remodel type work little bit of retuarnt type work and alot of other skills osha certified lift certified confined spaces certified I don't have my cards with me there in Alabama still but I do have all of it anything helps on suggestions thanks #advice #jobsearch #construction #foodservices

Look for skills needed that ur dam good at. Not have done them a few times and pretty sure u can but know when u hit Apply now that u cab do the job ona ur worse day. Cause as an operator. It dnt take a supervisor long to see if u can do the job or not..

This is only my opinion but number one is knowledge of the piece of equipment you're on and what kind of work you're doing if you're moving if you're moving Earth it's bouncy and its rugged on your body if your running an excavator you just have to know you're piece of equipment and ground you're working on do you have the mentality sit in one spot in one are you work space for 12 hours

I am still looking for a job. I'm a hard worker and fast learner. I take pride in my work. I've never done that type of work before. But yes I would like to be apart of your team. Please let me know more. I do have a past but I am a new man now. I've been doing warehouse work the last 3 months. But have over a year experience. What are some ways I can get into the Construction/ Home Renovation (via realty ect.) Without any job related experience?

I am a CAPM (Project Manager) that is looking to obtain a position in this Industry. Interior Design is my hobby and I have gained a love/ interest in the renovation/construction process and I am looking to make it my career. YouTube/ Hgtv/ Britains Home Renovations Networks are currently my learning source/ Intro in this feild as well as carpentry. Go to a construction company a large one and ask if they have any labor jobs that they need someone if they say yes get hired and get started in the construction industry. Learn how to read blueprints and how things are built now you are on the ground floor read all of the books you can find and try and find someone that could mentor you.
