About You
ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Part Time Remote Call Center Agent.
Job Duties
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Taking messages
- Assisting the office manager and physician as needed Job Requirements
- NextGen/EMR experience is a plus
- Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work as a team
We are looking for Part Timers that can work either of the following schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00am -5:30pm EST
- Salary = $17/hr (non-negotiable)
