What I loved about working at #Walmart was had good management when I started working there.

After being there 7 years that changed . started bringing 8n managers fresh off the block, without proper knowledge of their job responsibilitys and performance, how to treat trust worthyemployees with respect would of been nice.

The first time I started working in a restaurant, I didn't research restaurants because I was inexperienced and getting into the job was a success. 🧐👩‍🍳🍷🍕🍕🥪🥗🌮

Working in a restaurant years taught me that if there are not enough customers, there is not enough money in the restaurant's job. 💸💸

So, I learned to research the restaurant first such as; reading the reviews online, dining on weeknights, and seeing how busy the restaurants are. 🧐🌮🥗🍕💸

Would you research the restaurant before you apply? If you have different suggestions and comments, please, share them with us.

There quite a lot of things that a person can learn as one works in the Restaurant industry.

Multitasking:

The server will have to run about trying to carry out all the orders.

Learn how to tip:

The best way to learn how to tip a server is one has experienced the life as a waiter at the restaurant.

Learn Humility:

While working at a restaurant one might have to undergo a lot of tension. The clients may be rude and may behave in an insulting manner to the person working at the restaurant.

Work with the public:

the person who works at the restaurant will also go on to learn on how to work with the public.

Went on to feel empathy for people in Service Industry:

Having worked in the restaurant earlier, one would realize the importance of giving a large tip for the waiters at the end of a dinner. The tip could go on to help the server, when in need.

Tolerance and Patience:

Especially working as a server at a restaurant, one could have felt the brunt from the customers, on food served to them gone wrong.

Tip to get along with people:

Some could be easy-going, while some other people could be aggressive. Some of these people could also go on to be rude with the people who are working at the restaurants.
