I was terminated from my position at a call center for performance. Now here’s the funny part. I was working for the company 9 months the day they let me go, but i was told that my call were being reviewed for the last 8 months.I was told my number wasn’t good enough so i never earn a bonus. so the funny part is my first month working i did earn a bonus but i was told that i was on probation and i wasn’t entitled to it.I earned my second bonus my 4th month with the company. I was never coached about my performance and if you keep track 3 months probation plus 6 months equal 9 months so what 8 months was i reviewed for when technically they only have 5 months of calls to review #termination

“Have you ever been discouraged from completing a job application because it felt too lengthy or time-consuming? If so, what part of the process made you feel that way?”

This meme made me chuckle because my current employer’s application took me two hours to complete. I literally had to make a day out of it so I could concentrate solely on the application. It was definitely worth it at the end of the day.

A coworker didn't like me. We're both cashiers. She's younger than me. She was rude, disrespectful, and made my job uneasy. A meeting with both of us was had with the store managers. It didn't help. Another situation happened. I went back to try to discuss with the store managers. I was fired the next day. A week before my probation period was up, which I think they did on purpose. She is still has her job. They gave HR the reason for the termination is that my performances was poor. They didn't mention the situation with the coworker. She's the one with the issue with me. I was fired, she wasn't.

I recommend reaching out to employment law firms specializing in wrongful termination cases in Plantation, FL, and Dallas, TX. Some options to consider are The Ticktin Law Group in Florida and the Leichter Law Firm in Texas. Additionally, you can explore legal resources on Jobcase and other job search providers for more options tailored to your specific needs. Good luck with your case!

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I recommend reaching out to legal aid organizations, bar associations, and utilizing online platforms like Jobcase, LegalMatch, and Avvo to find a local attorney who can help with your wrongful termination case in the Indianapolis area. Good luck! #termination #Indianapolis #legalaid #Jobcase

I don't know why your job would they give bad reference but in my work experience I know it happens come to my office for all types of unnecessary reason and untrue reason but all I ends up with they (Employers) didn't want you to go and others ( Employees)having negative input on you when you was there Even though there wasn't any negative thing to say all it take is one to start the conversation and others co-signed to it some could be just coming on board don't even know anything about you 😔💔🙏 #termination
