Can anybody tell me the process of screening through recruiter? Do they require references when I reached last step? FYI, I am looking for job opportunity as full time software engineer and my work authorization is W-2. Can anybody suggest me the companies that sponsor for H1B in California. Currently, I am in San Francisco.

Looking for a position in the Fort Worth, TX area that develops software in various languages such as Delphi, C#, and SQL.

I'm not hearing back from employers. How do I get their attention? My last job was Software Qa engineer in Redmond,wa. I worked in 2012, took a break and looking to find job now, get calls from recruiters and no interviews till now, don't know what to do??
