Why does everything place have to be on the internet now just to put applications in to apply for work? It really makes it hard on some one like me who has no computer and the only internet access I have is on my phone! I've been trying to find work for four years now and I'm not getting anything no jobs what so ever!

I want to be able to quickly sign in, serf for jobs and apply without having to login via the web page.
