Good Sunday, People.. This is a site you come to in hopes of finding a job because you don't have a job, you want a better job, or you're here to receive or give suggestions, ideas, advice, or stories of your job-related human experiences, whether they be stories of trial-and-error, or ventures of success. There are numerous experienced, kind, and helpful individuals here that are here because we want to help you get your chunk of the roast. I want to help you get where you want to be. All you have to do is respond or send me a message. You have to take the first step. You're here for a reason. Why not follow through with that reason? I can't think of a thing that you have to lose, besides a spell of time. I have a feeling after you take that first step, it won't take much time to know if the possible reward is worth the second step. Thank you for reading. I appreciate you... #step #plan #action #money #smile

Life is crazy right now.

It can be discouraging to say the least. With unemployment at a record-high and the #Coronavirus impacting our daily life, it's easy to feel like things just aren't going your way.

One thing to remember is that we're all in this together!! Now is the chance to learn new skills, take a few minutes to practice self-care and find new opportunities to THRIVE!

Things are tough, but YOU are tougher.

When you're in the midst of a job search, smiling may be the last thing you think of doing! But a good, natural, healthy smile and fresh breath are a key part of a good first impression to a hiring manager. If you can, go to your dentist for a cleaning and exam. If you cannot afford that, there are inexpensive steps you can take at home to improve your dental health: https://www.healthline.com/health/improve-smile#see-your-hygienist

I am happy to report that I have found a new career, one in which I believe that dedication and working hard will take me to the top. After my job searching I can look back and say that when the dark clouds and doubt were rolling in I would just smile and pray. I kept a grateful heart and asked for guidance and resources.

Today the sun just seems so much brighter and the day so much warmer. IF you are out there struggling and wondering and doubting, have no fear. Don't give in and don't give up. You will find your way and you have to believe that.

Enjoy my day and share a smile with everyone I see. What are you going to do today?

I put so much pressure on myself to get up early, get dressed, apply to 10-15 jobs a day and I forget to enjoy the moment. I get so lost in what I believe I NEED to do and have forgotten how to relax into my day of activities.

So today I am going to enjoy the day.

I have something on my heart that is weighing heavy and just need to get out. 2 months ago I became homeless. From living in a home for 7 years to living in my vehicle. I am a mother and for the first time I was not able to provide presents or even a Christmas tree. Alot of people take things for granted, as I was one, but only when something like this happens that's when you realize the small things are so valuable, like cooking a holiday meal, or cleaning your home. No one knows when hard times my fall on them but the only thing I can say never take the small things for granted, for when you lose most of everything that's when you tend to realize how valuable something really is. To each and every one of you, I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Waking up to another beautiful day i am so greatful for....Thinking positively #cherish #smile #behappy #lovelife #merrychristmas

Hello everyone! I was working the other day and I had a huge smile on my face because I’m the first face people see as they enter the door. I look into people’s eyes when I say hello to them and ask them how there day is going. While for some people this is time consuming especially when we’re busy. I work in a very busy pet hospital. This woman was quiet and I could tell she was kind of down. I knew nothing was wrong with her dog, so I made small talk with her and offered to place her in a room before her actual appointment time. I then asked if I could bring her some coffee. She politely accepted. I returned to the room with her coffee, and she burst out into tears, and told me that she was so sad and in such a bad mood when she arrived, however because I made her feel at home, that day boosted her spirits with just my smile and her attitude completely changed. You never know what people are going through, but that made my day. Smile and observe people.
