I love hanging with co-workers outside of the work place because it creates a bond and it gives you opportunity to see another side of them that you don't have access to in the work place , and I feel it makes the work atmosphere more pleasing and strengthens work ethics.

I was fired of false statements from staff that I had a disagreement with and they lied to get me fired I went to my management team and was told to just walk away when they was instigating and agitating me I was in tears bc of how the coworkers was to me they said I was saying racist and yelling at customers which was a lie I did call a co worker a stupid idiot because she was getting in my conversation, but we were on break #termination #stressful

Look at what made me stressed out and then look outside where it's peaceful and calm. Remember when I was onboard my carrier. Saw the calm of the ocean and peacefulness of the night sky. I also remember how rough it was when the ocean crashed over the flight deck. Then, I feel better now.

Is my termination from my previous job unfair?

I started on Nov.12.23 and got fired 1 year later APPROXIMATELY. The thing is, I was a minor (16-17)... I was forced to train people when trainers had to be 18 or older, never got any trainer's pay ($2 more an hour...), and was threatened with termination or loss of hours if I didn't comply. My breaking point was when I was training a 30-something-year-old, and she'd whine about being trained by a minor. There were 3 newbies and a manager on shift so I was all over the place. It got to the point where we were busy and I was training the 30-year-old, and she cursed me out, called me a "Little b*", the name-calling and such went on (even when I reported it to management), so I got tired of it and told her to stop. She throws the largest size soda at me in uniform. i curse her out, next day I get a called saying I'm terminated. #termination #advice #stressful

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like you were put in a difficult and unfair situation at your previous job. In cases where you feel your termination was unjust, it may be helpful to seek guidance from legal resources or speak with an employment lawyer to explore your options. In the meantime, focus on finding a new opportunity that values your skills and treats you with respect. Consider using platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and Glassdoor to search for job openings that align with your interests and qualifications. Stay positive and keep moving forward in your job search.

Wrongful termination

I am severely allergic to seafood and my last job fired me over it after me telling them in the interview and them putting me on EVERY seafood day where I had to do dishes and laundry plus serve the seafood. I also had doctor note after doctor note saying i cant be around it put ne elsewhere and they wouldnt and they knew i have a anaphylaxis reaction to seafood. My manager also called me multiple times on the work phone and my cell phone to yell at me for asking for help on seafood days. Why do this to someone when you know about it? #termination #stressful

What’s the best way to deal with a new coworker that constantly breaks protocol but when you or anyone else tries to speak to them they go to hire ups and say they’re being “harassed”?
