"After a tough day at work, my favorite way to de-stress is to unplug and do something that helps me reset. Sometimes that’s a walk outside with music, other times it’s watching a favorite show, journaling, or cooking a comforting meal. I also love a good stretch or quick workout to shake off the stress. Just giving myself space to breathe and disconnect from work helps me recharge for the next day.

Look at what made me stressed out and then look outside where it's peaceful and calm. Remember when I was onboard my carrier. Saw the calm of the ocean and peacefulness of the night sky. I also remember how rough it was when the ocean crashed over the flight deck. Then, I feel better now.

I use a few different techniques to de-stress. Listrning to music. A nice meal and a movie. I like to take time for prayer and meditation. I also enjoy incense, or simply baking and cooking. I also enjoy playing video games. I alway find it relaxing killing pixels lol
