What is the most challenging part about working for McDonald's?

I felt proud to work for #McDonalds when...
I was able to memorize what some of my repeat customers ordered. When they would come in and I could just ask them if they needed to change any part of there normal order they were very appreciative. I was also able to get more customers through the drive thru in a 3 hour breakfast rush than anyone other than the manager of the store.

One thing I would have loved to have at #Mcdonalds was
Better management

What made me stay at #McDonalds was the money.
Working here was not good. There were times where we laughed but more times where i would cry in the bathroom. Most of the time someone would mess up the customers food and someone else would get yelled at about it. There was always favoritism there and if a manager messed up or made a mess one of the crew or crew trainers or someone lower than them would have to fix it. I had also got sprayed with bleach and hit and had some uncomfortable sexual encounters.

What job should you pursue?
I've been looking for a job for like two weeks now. I applied for custodian. I applied for CNA. I applied at McDonald's. I had an interview with them just waiting for them to call me if I get the job or not. So which career should you think I need to pursue? I need a full time job and just want to work Monday-Friday. Which career offers good benefit? #advice #foodservices #benefits #mcdonalds #mythoughts
