not good enough for how you are treated, plus it really depends on where you are located.

It depends on the corporation and franchise and the way the pay works.

It's mainly store dependent, but if you can learn to have fun at appropriate times and make friends at work then it shouldn't be too unbearable however it is unpleasant almost too often.

Not all managers treat you wrong but I would lie to you if I say your treated equally . Just keep to yourself at first learn as much as you can . The more position you learn the more they will want to work with you It’s a good starting job Prunedale Ca starts at $15

McDonald’s USA to Raise Wages!!

McDonald’s will be raising hourly wages for more than 36,500 hardworking employees at McDonald’s-owned restaurants by an average of 10 percent.

“Our first value is taking care of our people, and today we are rewarding our hardworking employees in McDonald-owned restaurants for serving our communities." - Joe Erlinger, President McDonald’s USA

These increases, which have already begun, will be rolled out over the next several months and include shifting the entry level range for crew to at least $11 - $17 an hour, and the starting range for shift managers to at least $15 - $20 an hour based on restaurant location, read more

At the particular location where I worked, it was very good. One problem, though, is that only five local residents worked there, and the rest were from a prison-to-work program McDonald's had with the State Department of Corrections.
