DON'T EVER FORGET THIS MESSAGE! Only Trust Yourself. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read)

Many people are known for trusting others, more than trusting themselves.

Let's see the breakdown:

Trusted to TV 46%; Friends 29%; Family 18%; Strangers 2%; Yourself 2% and 3% dwindles away with time.

Years ago, in my college typing class, I had low typing esteem as the only guy in the room. Obviously, the girls typed smoke rings around my head like circles.

I trusted myself to stay the course, and today I can type 117 wpm.

The point is, I trusted myself, and stayed the course to reach my goals.

I'm asking you to: 1) Only trust yourself. 2) Stay the course. 3) Reach your goals. 4) Don't let others blow smoke around your head.

Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.

I Believe You Can...!

No Experience? No Problem!

I’ve chatted with a lot of high schoolers seeking employment, as well as newcomers to the workforce who haven’t held a job yet. What I’ve noticed in these conversations is the weariness in applying to jobs due to lack of experience…

HOWEVER, below are 5️⃣ tips to landing a job with no experience

1️⃣ Get trained and build your skillset with online learning platforms: Udemy, Coursera, Lynda

2️⃣ Utilize your personal network to see who can be used as a reference, and who can give you a shout out.

3️⃣ Take note of the experiences you DO have. This could include social groups, sports teams, volunteer work and extracurricular activities.

4️⃣ Remain confident. Instead of focusing on lack of experience, iterate your desire and willingness to learn and succeed.

5️⃣ Network with anyone and everyone! This is probably the most important of all tips because you never know what kind of connections someone has!

No experience

I would love to work from home. I have no work experience, and I am a college graduate too. I have been through many online interviews and recommendations with no calls back. I have been wondering what channels one must go through to get the position or if the requirter does it to send information to the higher-ups.

My name is Denys Borisov. I was born in Ukraine and currently reside in Menlo Park, California. Although I have recently obtained education in the field of translation, interpretation and literary studies, at present I am searching for any employment my qualification is sufficient for. The university studies I finished in 2022 helped me to find my first job. My primary duties at the position of patient care coordinator included but were not reduced to creating and updating the profiles of the clients and keeping in touch with them regarding the quality and helpfulness of the treatment received. Over the course of the consultations of the foreign patients with the pharmacists I dealt with consequent and simultaneous interpretation including first and foremost legal and medical terminology as well as translation of texts pertaining to a number of different fields.

💫The Benefits of Travel Nursing💫

Travel nursing is a great opportunity for nurses who are looking to explore new destinations while earning a competitive salary and advancing their careers! There are positions available in various specialties for nurses who are willing to travel and take up the adventure.

Travel nurses are registered nurses who fill temporary needs in hospitals and healthcare facilities both in the United States and internationally. Travel nurse agencies work with healthcare systems to assign nurses short or long-term contracts based on the facility's needs. A typical contract lasts about 13 weeks, however, it can range from 4 weeks to 1 year depending on need and location.

Some benefits of Travel Nursing include:

✨ Exploring different parts of the US

✨ Competitive pays with health insurance benefits, housing and allowances

✨ Avoid workplace politics

✨ Exposure to different nursing styles, thus promoting professional growth

✨ Job security

✨ Meeting new people

Seeing all the great benefits that travel nursing has, does anyone here have travel nursing experience? Do you agree with these benefits?

I’m looking for my first job at 17 years old. I’m open to a lot of different options like retail and customer service. I would also be open to dishwashing or doing manual labor. I would just like to get a great job around great people and in a great environment as well.
