Now there are so many jobs but the wages and hours don’t reflect that anything has changed. The Up to 15.00 an hour is vague for any person. Must we available nights weekends and weekdays is also vague. Employers need to be transparent about wages and actual hours you work. If you are starting a person at 11.00 that is a big difference. 15.00 is a teaser. Nate and switch..The actual hours should be posted. Maybe then people can decide for themselves whether to apply. Time is money. #jobsearch #employers #wordsofadvice
I have been out of work since April 28 2020. At this point, I'm applying for multiple jobs every day. Everyone is saying that employers are desperate to fill positions, but the experience I have is over qualified. I was Field engineer with PSS than Eckoh is UK company for 10 years than they laid me off and after 8 months they posted my position :( I reapplied and they told me I was not qualified . #employers #laidoff #advice
I have been out of work since June 1st. At this point, I'm applying for multiple jobs every day. Everyone is saying that employers are desperate to fill positions, but the experience I have is I submit applications with my resume on job boards and after 2 to 3 weeks the employers aren't even checking the resumes that are coming in. Then you get a random email saying the position has been closed. #employers #laidoff
Question for #Employers /#Recruiters / #Headhunters I'm sure #jobseekers might be interested in your response.
General questions for #Employers, #Recruiters and #Headhunters: How much work experience (years) equates to a 2 or 4 year degree in your opinion? And how many past job experiences is too many? I've always been told to keep your resume short.
The employer or recruiter has your resume, but still expects you to fill out a long job application, or visa versa. They have your job application, but also want a Resume or CV. Seems like its like they are checking off boxes even if the request is a waste of time for you and them. Sort of like a teacher who sends home, home work for the sake of home work. Even if its not related to the work done in class.
