One thing I would have loved to have at #Walmart was better management!! They get hired/promoted and don’t know anything about their position!!
I got fired from Walmart for purchasing a coke and paying for it. I do understand I should have had my associate ring me up but she’s a bitch and thinks she’s the only one who does anything. So, due to her statement I stop doing anything!!
What made me stay at #Walmart/Kroger was
Walmart is not a good place to work and uses you before throwing you away. Kroger is more desirable and, you get a lot of benefits for working there. I worked at Walmart for around 8 years total but twice and Kroger just short of 90 days.
What can I do if Walmart doesn't have an open position for me right now?

22 years ago Walmart was different. When I started people helped each other, when there was a problem we fixed it. I totally enjoyed going to work. Now it's each man for himself.

Sometimes in life, we just stop trying, and that's no one's fault in particular. Things happen in life.
However, a guy named Bailey saw things a little differently. He worked at a local meat market; and sometimes long hours on an union gas pipeline workforce.

He didn't know people in high places, so he worked his butt off, and didn't quit. Right?
