Depends on the deparent. I work in bakery. Team members are friendly but bosses can be pushy at times. People in deli are pretty friendly but same goes for the boss. Some of other department are different though.
Some departments and areas work as a team. Depends on how you are as a team player. You will be asked to help out in various areas. If you are a willing team player and other members will help your area due to your teamwork.
Does Walmart hire people on defered ejutacated probation?

DONT DO IT. managers come and go every month. Managers have their favorites and cater to them. Nobody's EVER on the same page on anything. When you go by the rules, the idiot managers go right behind you and do the opposite. Too much stress and you working for peanuts.

I was employed by SUPER WALMART IN BLUEFILD VA 1017 was my store injoyed the remodeling crew I worked with after the remodeling I was a full time employee I loved working over nights the crew I worked with in hard lines was AWSOME they teached me a lot of stuff and how to be fast at the job when I was elicited to be a electrician assistant but the movies on the shelf was great learning how to do lay out & the new technology that was coming out was cool the mangers I had were great as time went on they got there own store to run in ClayPool hill Virginia they store manger I had was very professional her name is Mrs.Hares great lady if u would get a chance to meet her u would understand what I mean all the women and men I worked with some are still there some passed away my God bless this people and there family’s
