What's the biggest challenge about working for Walmart?

Too many people getting paid and not doing their job milking the system and Leaving for someone else to do their job

The stress and lack of communication from all Associates including management and the favoritism so other people get away with more then others do. For as much work Associates do you get a shitty ass pay. They screw over there employees that have served many years for the company. I suggest if you work for Walmart don’t waste a lot of time at the company.

Stocking and management

The biggest is being able to get all freight worked and zoned. I worked for 19 years with Walmart and it is a challenge but just come in with an attitude that you can do it and do your best.

I applied several time's and still waiting for a answer back. I even called several time's and they always say the same thing, please call again on a later date.

They say they care about their associates, but they really don’t give a shit at all. I can’t tell you how many times a member of management would walk by me and look the other way to avoid acknowledging my presence. They say they will work with you if you have an issue and then they turn around and fire you for that reason.

Tbh everything there is sorta stressful say the least I spend 6yr there and I have been all around even in management, work on a day to day basis is hell cuz they expect you to meet their expectations which is not even human tbh I used to do 10 departments a day 17hr shifts over 30 pallets easily an sometimes more an sometimes less but still got a standard so in my eyes not worth it
Their point system it completely flawed
