How well does Walmart treat its employees?
AFTER ALMOST 20 YEARS WITH WALMART WHAT ELSE CAN i SAY
Not to bad the discount card was nice but think u had to be there for 90 days to get it. Sometimes felt like u had multiple bosses telling u to do things that needed done now but u could only do one at a time made them mad.
I worked at Walmart for 5 years 1 month and 1day
My truck broke down and put me at 4.5 points. My coach scheduled me on one of my two true availability days off cause me to be a no call no show even though I spoke to him about it the day before resulting in 4 points
I was terminated for hitting 8.5 points
So I’m not a fan anymore
it really depends on the store you work at but i’ve had friends that work at other locations and have had a lot of the same problems i had. there were certain people in management that were problematic at my store. at my store my coach was investigated numerous times and made a lot of people quit or he fired them. a lot of good team leads transfers shifts and/or departments to get away from my domain department manager.
