What made me stay at #Walmart was
It was a great company to work for but the changes they have made moving away from Sams beliefs and hiring children to run their stores because adults can’t work the schedule is not working

If you were working at Walmart how would you go about asking for a higher salary?
working harder to show them i deserve the higher salary. #application #walmart

You dont ask for a raise at walmart , their wages are set for the position you work, it's setacross the boards . They give a yearly cost of living raise so those working longer may get a tish more but not because they asked for it . You can bust your butt , apply for a higher position and if you get it then you'll get a higher wage , but once you hit salary wage your on the clock when ever they need you period . You can think you deserve a higher wage all u want , but if your not actively trying to climb the ladder when positions open that tells me you dont want more responsibility , you just want more money , and life doesn't work that way .

I enjoyed what I was doing and helping people.

The desire to live indoors and keep eating three meals a day. Other than that there isn't anything! It's the proverbial "shit job". There's inadequate training and staffing, no matter how much you do it's either the wrong thing or not enough. When you fianally get to view some training videos(keep in mind that by this juncture you've worked for Wal-Mart for over a year)you're shocked just how many frauds have been perpetrated on your naive ass along with the depth and breadth of the lies the company is willing to feed you. In other words-RUN don't walk in the opposite direction of this company.

What made me stay at #Walmart was
The only reason I stayed was for the people I work with; I have made a lot of good friends there that I plan on keeping past my employment there, although the management there is horrible, I got assaulted on company property, directly in front of a camera, and my assaulter still works right down the hallway from me. Currently looking for a new job #management #aboutmyjob

I loved it, and I also like how you could get an early advance on your check. This takes away from trying to borrow money in between pay checks

Yes

What is one important thing I should do during my interview at Walmart?

Hold a conversation

Ask what been going on wrong

My advice to people interested in working at #Walmart ...
Run away, to in away! Or if you do go there have perfect health or else.

For my experience, it’s not good place for nice people to work at, i speeded 7 at Walmart yers without nothing.

Whether or not U stay depends on U and how much U enjoy working there. I did 5yrs and enjoyed it. I would've stayed, but my reasons 4 leaving was based on da fact dat they wanted me 2 work more But didn't want to pay me 4 it. They always had me work past my scheduled time and tried not 2 pay me 4 it.

I felt proud to work for #Walmart when...
I was so proud to be a part of Walmart team. I loved my co workers and customer but some of the coaches and leads can be a pain in the ass. For you to be working in three department they expect for you to get out your product in three hours when you have to stop and help customers and get out your stuff. It was a lot on me. I had stuff that the mob wasn't set so the coach told me to put it out but I couldn't so she said she wanted it out or she was going to fire me so I stopped what I was doing and turnt in my vest and badge and I quit

How hard is it to get a job at Walmart?

It's not hard it is that dumb assessment test which really doesn't tell what kind of person you really are than you have to get in touch from someone at the store for an interview which is even harder they dont answer phone calls or not in. Good luck

It's E.Z. to be hired at wally world, all you gotta do is have a Mental Disability, but be careful , if your more retarded enough then you will be hired as a Supervisor or manager
I’d have another offer for more already in my possession. With that you can ask for whatever you want and have no risk.
