This is part of their screening process, I worked there over 4 yrs, everything they do is like a social experiment. It's not a bad place, but you need to go to yt to pass the 100 plus question psychological test. Trust me go to yt first. Be prepared for a drug test if you are applying for pharmacy, asset protection, management, ect. Cap team and cart associates aren't tested, as far as I know. I started at Walmart almost 25 years ago, we did paper applications. You are right the website is tras If you go to a store and ask to speak to the personnel director, they could probably help you navigate a lot better.
