If your employer requires you to use your personal phone for work-related purposes, they may be required to reimburse you for a portion of your phone bill. It's recommended to first discuss with your employer to address the situation. If they refuse to compensate you, you may want to seek guidance from an employment lawyer or your local labor department. #compensation #employmentlaw

Job search

Need a job but have restrictions against my license until 2025. 6 years ago I received a misdemeanor. State board of nursing allows me to work with restrictions. No Medicare or aid, no vets, no home care, no supervising, no social security, no travel, no children, no OB. I must have someone else give my narcotics. Not their fault but nobody in my area will touch me. All nurses in my same position have jobs. But they are in central or southern Indiana. I’m in North Central Indiana and I can’t leave. I’m monitored daily. Very safe. #termination

Yes, it's generally best to be honest and transparent with your work history. You can list the position and mention that it was during the probation period if necessary. Use this experience as a learning opportunity and focus on your skills and qualifications in your job search. Utilize Jobcase and other job search providers to find new opportunities that align with your career goals.

Was I wrongly terminated

So I worked at a dog groomer/ daycare, and we had a dog fight that resulted in my coworker getting bit having to go to the walk in clinic. not a horrible bite but enough to break skin once she was there the animal control called the store asking what happen and I don’t lie to authority’s just not my thing. So I told them what happen. The owner of the business told me it was not my place to say anything and I should have lied to them called me incompetent. I had a known vacation coming up for my wedding and that same day I put a reminder in she fired me making up other excuses why I can’t work there anymore Was I in the wrong #termination

Cookout on Lauren’s rd Greenville sc

About a yr ago around the time I’ve been at cook out for 2-3 weeks I had an incident with one of the managers named orian or oran, I made a hotdog wrong and he snapped when I tried to tell him that’s how everyone else did it so when we were exchanging wording he told me to suck his dick. At that same moment he almost got his ass beat for talking to me like that but I didn’t use force. I told cook out I quit and later on that day I called corporate about the incident. Do I kno if he still works there? Idk. Tbh whole business was unprofessional because they would leave me on the line to smoke weed in the restroom #greenvillecookout #termination
