Minimal. You never know when you will have to pack up and go. I’ve always limited my self to one box worth of personals in the office.

When the account is getting lower it's time to re up
TIME FOR A NEW JOB IS WHEN I SEE THAT THE FIT IS NO LONGER THERE BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE POINTS IT OUT.
What’s the most respectful thing a boss or coworker has ever done for you?
I WAS A WAITER IN A GREAT RESTAURANT AND THIS GUEST TURNED ON ME. I INTRODUCED HIM TO MY MANAGER. HE SAID A LOT OF THINGS ABOUT ME THAT ARE NOT CLOSE TO THE TRUTH, AND THEN SAID "AND I WANT HIS JOB!!" MY MGR SAID, "YOU DO? HOW MUCH WAITER EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE? CAN YOU HANDLE UNRULY CUSTOMERS?"
I HAD A JOB AS A DELIVERY DRIVER ONCE. SOMEHOW I OVERSLEPT, WHICH I DON'T DO. I CALLED IN TO EXPLAIN. THEY SAID OK GET HERE WHEN YOU CAN, WHEN I GOT THERE, MY TRUCK WAS FULLY LOADED FOR ME AND READY TO GO!! NO MORE QUESTIONS ASKED.

It was a promotion in title only. It was 45 minutes away and no increase in salary with a supervisor who was known for making people work extra hours with no O.T. & then get rid of them.
