Do you customize your resume for each job application? Why or why not?

How do you make a resume?

If you could design your ideal remote job, what would it look like?

great place, great pay, great people, and a family atmosphere.

My ideal job would be part time. 20 hours a week max. Work my own hours. Paid training. Nothing out of country.Don't want to have to create a wallet to covert Bitcoin into U.S currency.

What’s one professional risk you took that paid off?

Changed professions from artists to driver

At the time, I was working full-time and had a stable job, but I felt like I had hit a ceiling. I decided to enroll in courses to earn a Nationally Accredited Maths and English Level 2 certification — even though it meant sacrificing evenings, weekends, and personal time. It was a risk because I wasn't guaranteed a promotion or a new job after finishing.
However, getting those qualifications opened unexpected doors. Not only did I qualify for roles that required higher literacy and numeracy skills, but employers also saw my willingness to learn as a major asset. Within a year, I landed a better-paying position with more responsibility and growth opportunities.
The biggest lesson? Sometimes the best investment you can make is in yourself. Taking a professional risk to build your skills — even when it feels uncertain — can lead to opportunities you never imagined.
