What’s the biggest challenge you face when applying for jobs online?
All is perfect until you never hear from them. I guess some companies want young employees. Not Senior with experience.
No one gets back to you about the job posted and by the time you get a hold of someone there the position is gone
Never get a respond for the positions that I apply for.

People are not willing to higher Disabled Persons, even though we are qualified to do the job, probably better than those who are not disabled; yet we are never given the opportunity to prove ourselves or our worth to the company!! It's so Frustrating!!
