When I completed the Project of 786 million $ project of PAK ARAB Refinery with JGC Japan Based Company . We completed this project one Year Before the Given Target time.

How do you protect your peace while dealing with job search pressure?
I always apply on Mondays, I have found that I seem to get responses quicker for some reason. The majority of the application timeline is 5-10 days. I will check with the company 2 days after and find out when interviews will begin. If I am interviewed I will check to see if a decision has been made or not. If I am not chosen for an interview, I send a letter letting them know that if anything else I am qualified for I would be interested.

How has your relationship with work changed over the years?
I have worked all my life until a little over a year ago. My husband’s health failed and I had to quit my job to become a caretaker for him.

How unlikely you are to be hired when applying online, unless you already have connections in the job
That degrees don't matter now days, as long as you willing to learn they will work with you.
Have you ever taken a job out of desperation that ended up changing your life—for better or worse?
Yes very much so
It was an experience I was very afraid of it first but it became the best experience I ever had and I've never forgotten it it was a job I couldn't wait to get to

Feeling capable would have to be cleaning, it’s a form of self care.

What’s one career risk you’re glad you took—or one you still want to take?
I left an aggressively racist design firm in Troy. The supervisor later became a supervisor for one of the Big 3, which led to their particular failures, which I saw clearly from the outside, as the government official in charge.
One of the career risks I’m proud to have taken is affirming that I’m ready to face any challenge in my field of study. I enjoy taking on new challenges, and I prepare myself—especially in areas where I’m not yet an expert, like my second language, English.
Even though I don’t consider myself fully fluent yet, I work hard every day to improve my communication by using every tool available to express myself effectively. Taking this risk has helped me grow professionally and stay confident in new environments.
