One of the things that makes me feel capable, even when I’m unemployed, is my strong confidence in my abilities. I maintain a positive attitude no matter the circumstances, and I see every spark of opportunity as a chance to grow. I’m very aware of my areas for improvement, thanks to what I’ve learned from past work experiences—not only from my achievements, but also from the challenges that have helped me grow.
My constant search for knowledge gives me confidence in the steps I’m taking. I know I’m ready—I’m just waiting for the right opportunity to show everything I have to offer and all that I’m capable of.
Parenting, running a household on a fixed income, tending my household, caring for my pets & caring for an elderly parent with an illness are all things that instill a sense of accomplishment, pride & capability in me despite periods of unemployment. All of the above require resourcefulness, patience, excellent time & money management, intellect, quick thinking, good judgment & humility combined with a desire to serve.
