I sure hope other states are better at processing claim than Kansas. Doesn't get any worse than using 1970s equipment in the middle of a Global Pandemic. 50 years they couldn't allocate tax payer funds to update equipment, wow. This doesn't surprise me. Anyway Kansas is 90 days behind on just retroactive PUA payments , I received a lump sum end of may Nothing since than. Not a word, call, mailing, nothing Impossible to get through for months, after doing tons of research and Talking to every department in the DOL. I finally got some feed back, I was told send in Id forms and SS card front and back because apparently I answered a few question wrong, they corrected for me and told me it thew up red flag and system put me into investigating eligibility issue, due to all the fraudulent claims nation wide and identity theft. I sent in all required information that was 2 weeks ago, and no word yet.
