You donโ€™t need to get recertified to apply for a medical assistant position, but make sure you have valid excuse as to why you have not worked in the medical field. Employers will be understanding if a family member was sick or you were furthering your education. The skills you previously attained as a medical assistant are still relevant, so itโ€™s easier for employers to focus on training you for a specific department. There are a lot of other high paying entry level medical jobs available, too.

I arrived late to school one morning after coming upon a nasty accident and being the first one there. I did what I had to do to help the person until help arrived. By the time I got to school I was a nervous wreck. I told my instructor I canโ€™t do this skills test today. It was drawing blood by the way. She kept telling me you can do this. I have watched you. You know what you are doing. Just get in there and do it. She always inspired me to have confidence in myself no matter the situation. I passed by the way!!

Always remember this point...

Building your confidence level to reach next levels of expectations, can be found in your daily habits.

Ordinary people, do extraordinary things, even if it's on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube. They don't stop until they win.

STEP 1. They form a durable mindset called: A Positive Attitude

  1. ATTITUDE: Is the art of thinking or demontrating feelings about someone or something, including yourself to invoke a can-do-attitude.

Key: If you think about something, then be about something and get things done.

I Believe You Can...!

I worked for a company for over 20 years and was let go when they lost significant clients (about 250,000) They rehired me a year later at the same pay as any new person. The woman who handled firing people had a grudge against me and i LITERALLY have no clue why. So for 5 months i minded my P's and Q's..early back from break and made NO mistakes. Then I got sick with covid. I was told i had to come in with 103 degree fever and i did so but could barely stay conscious..my lips were blue and i went straight back to the doctor the next morning and was written out another week and Dr. wanted me hospitalized but i knew it would be used against me so i declined it. Even when i came back as i had still not recovered I had problems focussing. I was fired promptly with me not being able to explain a thing.

Hello all, So my wife and I have decided to relocate to North Carolina to pursue our careers and this will be the biggest transition of our marriage! WE ARE EXCITED!!! I was a pharma rep of 10 yrs and was laid off about 3 yrs ago. Took on a couple of bucket list positions that not only provided personal fulfillment but also allowed me to hone customer service and vision-casting skillsets that may prove to be useful in many areas of sales. My goal is to transition over medical device or bio and it seems very hard to get any looks because my address currently says Illinois or they are responding back to me saying they are looking for someone โ€œwith specific experience (cardiovascular or oncology)โ€ even the the job description clearly says entry-level...lol!!! Whatโ€™s the best way to gain the attention of hiring mgrs while you are looking to relocate? We are not looking for relocation assistance. Just want the opportunity to get in front of of mgrs and present the value I can bring to their company. Thanks
