How will working a Warehouse Associate job help me grow a career?
If you stay long enough at any warehouse associate job, you can grow your career. You can become a lead, a supervisor, and even a manager, if you stay long enough and you can also ask for a raise if you stay long enough. You can open a checking, then a saving, and put some into your investment portfolio with fidelity or some investment company and even set up a 401k program with the company as well as invest your money in something like a long term stock exchange and buy lottery tickets, if luck come, you might win a million dollars prize and go back to get your Ph.D. or master degree but if you already have it then you ahead start than most. Sometime it's about luck in life, if you stick to your job long enough, you will grow your career even if it's just a warehouse job, it doesn't matter your education background, it's about long term and commitment you put at work. Work is different than school, but if you did go to school. You will likely be better off at finding a job and sometime high paying job, people would want to hire someone educated and sometime your education will kick in in math, reading and computers at work. So, don't think education is not important, education is very important but work is different. You can grow your career if you stick long enough with that company and retire from that company if you work like 20 years or 30 years from that company.

I am a super young 56 year old. I raised 2 children totally on my own and one with a severe mental illness. I have been trained and certified as a life coach, spiritual studies, mindfulness skills and guided imagery used in hospitals and hospice all over the world. It was an accredited 2 year tech school not some become a coach in 2 week program, lol. I have been a HHA for forever. Some of my patients wanted me to be with them until their last breath even with their families there. I pick up shifts from an app called ShiftMed which so far seems amazing yet I am submitting applications from morning until night and interviewing at hospitals and hospital job fairs and all I receive are emails all day saying “we will not be moving forward with your application at this time”. I am a super hard worker, healthy as can be and have so much love, compassion and empathy. I’m always super upbeat and grateful. Can ANYONE please tell me if this is happening to you or give me advise on how to land a job as a so called “new CNA” even tho I did exactly the same things and then some as a HHA 😁. As mindful as I may be and positive. A true optimist, it’s beginning to wear me down receiving email after email that I wasn’t chosen, again! # #jobsearch #advice #healthcare

What type of communication is this?
I have been registered nurse for 32 years just looking for someone to help locally in my area.
I prefer to help people who live in the home and who might have a terminal illness and or poor people especially veterans. I'm not fussy I just would like to help it is my desire to try and care for the sick and needy. I would consider going to someone's home to teach them how to care for themselves and teach them how to live off whatever funds they may have. keep in mind I have had patients who have had the most money but still not quite understanding how to live a good quality of life #healthcare

The basic foundation of what you can have in life, is grounded on principles.
For example, actions speak louder than words, right? Then...
- Write down those simple goals.
- Discuss what possibilities do exist.
- Make notes for clear expectations.
- Describe the feelings of success.
- Visualize the fruits from your labor.
Then, when your dreams come to fruition, it will be directly related to your due diligence, practical efforts, and untiring faith.
Listen, if you build it, they will come.

One of my friends works at the Amazon Warehouse. I don't believe my friend takes advantage of the college opportunities that Amazon provides. Yet, if anything working at a warehouse can give you an idea of the need for working with people and the needs for logisitics.
