Selecting a career in a church.

The first thing is painfully simple and that is to be qualified to fulfill the requirements of the job. The other things that would be crucial to being accepted would be to have the personality that is welcoming and friendly when approaching new people on an almost weekly basis as the church congregants are ever changing. People can't be fooled easily and they can tell when one is genuinely interested in them and their loved ones as opposed to just "phoning it in". I know I always viewed my salary as a gift from an appreciative group of people and prepared to go above the time and service that contributed made up the skeletal framework of my job description and expanding my service and time whenever possible. Churches have limited resources in today's environment created by COVID, and doing the little things here and there to augment the places that needed my help despite not receiving monetary rewards for those extra gestures here and there to meet the needs of my church family. Working in any church should be about honoring the contract by doing what is expected of one, but I also looked as the extra that I did as my personal church service, something that is sometimes overlooked. Had I not received a salary and accolades for my job performance, I would have been a church attendee and would have looked for ways to serve wherever I could. If one combines this approach from both the standpoint of an employee and as a church member. Nothing says that one has to do these extra things, but from one who has worked in churches for many years, it not only benefits the church, but it gives an extra sense of fulfillment that makes this work uniquely special and satisfying.

INTERPRETATION Drives EXPECTATIONS! [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read)

You can pickup 1,001 keys with different names and labels. Unless you pickup the one-key that says MINDSET, the other keys are seemingly disabled.

Learn and master this principle, then the trajectory of your life changes in midair.

"Your interpretation drives your expectations, and delivers everything else you want or don't want in life." ~Edward Alexander

Assistant Plant Manager at Carton Craft Inc

At the time vivid hit, none of us had any experience on what the proper protocol should be. As a member of the management team, we met daily via zoom, with corporate safety directors. We discussed procedures from the CDC. We updated as new information became available. We sanitized, used PPE, and educated our employees. I don't know what more we could have done. As a supervisor, I personally sanitized the plant after hours. Hired in a company to sanitize. I still contacted covid myself. In my opinion, the company did everything right.

I’ve transitioned out of an industry that has been permanently affected by the Covid shutdown and now I am looking for an apprenticeship to build into a career. I enjoy working with my hands, problem solving, critical thinking, task delegation and training.

Hope to see you all out there.

You are living in phenomenon times of personal tests, trials, transition, and transformations at its best.

What you desire in life can come true if you, learn to believe, so you can achieve. Yes, it's determined by your mindset.

"I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sailsxxxc to always reach my destination." ~Jimmy Dean

When you're ready to change, use your power key of knowledge to unlock the door. Say...I'm Ready To Change.

Then, unknowingly, everything else will begin to fall-in-place according to your faith, and drive.

I learned that whatever don't kill you makes you stronger also solely depend on Jesus and self will
