
What’s your strategy when you don’t hear back after multiple applications?

I have reached our to the hiring manager in an attempt to find out where I may be deficient, but most are fearful to be honest.

What do you look for first when reviewing a job posting—pay, schedule, or responsibilities?

Honestly, pay. If the salary does not fit my needs, then I don’t bother with it.

Agree with @Nina Williams - one mistake can kill you. Something I found helpful is to quantify the things that you did - especially things like time, money and people - which helps put your skills in a context for the reader.
