What’s the most creative thing you’ve done to stand out in a job application? Did it work?

Research the prospective company.

Agree with @Nina Williams - one mistake can kill you. Something I found helpful is to quantify the things that you did - especially things like time, money and people - which helps put your skills in a context for the reader.

When I interviewed with my last and current job on the “why do you want to work for us” question I said “I’m looking for that paycheck” and it worked lol

Doing my job perfect every dish always looks the same way. But i would go and help my dishwasher and make sure my serveror bartender put dirty plates and silver wear in the right place so my dishwasher could do there job faster and makes it easier for them .pick up their stuff always help out every one because we are a one team.

i created a virtual weather center to report weather.
On creative thing I have done on an application is fill the application form out right.
And yes it worked
