Just because you are book smart….(college degree) doesn’t mean you are street smart and you can actually get out there and get it done. There are so many people that grew up poor and didn’t have the opportunity to take out a 100,000 dollar loan to get a better education. Instead they threw their self out there and forced their self to learn. Sink or swim. They didn’t have a choice. And these are the ones that can see multiple solutions depending on the finances and resources available.
Just food for thought. I have hired people expecting they can do it because there resume says they should be able to. But they are not a people person so they can’t lead and they don’t want the pressure and or responsibility of what others do. And I have others out there that will say… if they just will do it this way there job will be so much easier and they will show them because if they don’t then they know that sooner or later that person will fail and that usually means they will end up having to pick up some of if not all of the extra responsibility that are not getting completed.
