DON'T COOKIE CUT YOUR INTERVIEW! [IBYC]

Listen carefully, this could change your perspective at-will.

Everyone wants to pass their interview with flying colors. Right? Some try to cookie cut their interview to meet other people's needs. As a result, they fall-short from being hired for that special job.

My friends, the company don't need another cookie cut personnel, they want an unique personnel like you, with unmatchable skills-set.

You have greatness inside of you, so show them your best skills-set.

I Believe You Can!

Drive Diversity People

I enjoyed the self-management timeliness needed for the job. The routing efficiency, being able to contact customers and team for help as well as ability to speak with others and provide good customer service. It satisfying to do a good job. People appreciate that. You never know what someone is going through. #workfromhome #interview #hiringnews #motivation #jobsearch

MAKE YOUR MOVE DOWN COURT! [IBYC]

Listen carefully, this could change your life!

When you're searching for a new job everyone may not be on your team, respectfully, others have their own agenda. (See illustration below.)

My friends, nonetheless, you still have to drive forward with extra momentum and focus on winning in the game of life.

What is your "Y" factor for winning?

Remember, your "Y" factor and that you have greatness within you. So, "make your move down court" and win the game!

ADJUST YOUR FOCUS FOR NEW JOBS! [IBYC]

Listen carefully, this could change your life!

If you're looking for a job and having no success month after month specially when media contents announced..."As of March 2026, U.S. employers have added approximately 455,000 jobs this year..."

My friends, to have best results in this area you have to "adjust your focus" in the job market. It's all about methods and techniques.

As illustrated below, learn to make adjustments, then everything else falls-in-place.

I Believe You Can!

Remote work

I have applied at many remote jobs and nothing. There is one in particular, BCD Travel, that has the same positions continously available yet when I apply I get rejected. I have even notified I have extensive experience for the positions I'm applying for. I'm not understanding what I may be doing wrong. #jobsearch #workfromhome #advice
