How hard is it to get a job at Walmart?
Back in 2015, I went online to fill out an application. I was then hired to work as a cashier. I had good background check and references. I also had a letter recommendation. I was hired. I guess it was easy for me. I know people who did the online application but wasn’t hired. Those people were overweight and bad attitudes.
Super easy. Just make an profile on walmart.com/careers. Be sure to make a follow call to the hr manager a day or 2 after you submit your application. This will make things go faster as far as getting an interview and position.

hourly pay i have worked there 14 yrs and new hires are coming in making just about the same or more and the dept im in everyone makes the same wage regardless of time there so they are dumping on longer term employeees
