It just depends upon the role I am applying for.

If I am applying for a professional level role like a supervisory or management level job, I may have to include a cover letter.

For a retail or other entry level job, you won't necessarily need a cover letter.

What makes you the best qualified candidate to work here with us? That was the toughest question ever and one that I was having to think on. But I looked at them and said please give me a minute to think on that and I thought about it then said honestly I'm willing to learn and willing to work and there may be ppl out there better equipped than me but I promise you if hired I will do everything in my power to make everyone profitable.

I would like to say I took a break from applications this Fourth of July, but I can't. I did a lot of work on the computer, looking for jobs instead.

Yes I did have jobs in the past I wasn't excited about. At that time I took the Job because I had some experience and of course I needed the money.

No, I wouldn't, it would limit my ability to be physically active.
