What’s the toughest interview question you've ever faced—and how did you answer it?

What makes you the best qualified candidate to work here with us? That was the toughest question ever and one that I was having to think on. But I looked at them and said please give me a minute to think on that and I thought about it then said honestly I'm willing to learn and willing to work and there may be ppl out there better equipped than me but I promise you if hired I will do everything in my power to make everyone profitable.

Why you? Because I am a hard worker

How is your background, and why. It's the most over rated under mined question especially if they're not willing to be open minded and use a third party screen to run their checks. How can someone explain a domestic partnership where one's an addict and one's an empath. And the unhealed individuals that I attach too are physically, mentally, and emotionally abusive. There is no explanation and papers are one's own opinion. That's why I say fuck it they employer isn't worthy if a strong person that'd seen too many things to give in easily

Explain history.... honestly

Why did you resign
Why should I hire you versuses somone younger? Answer I am more experienced in different aspects of business and able to handle customers with complaints fasters than an younger person because of my training in deescalation. I am sincere, dependable, reliable, educated, honest, and a well rounded person.
