I have over 8 years as a director leading multi-disciplinary teams in several countries in the Americas and Europe. I have a marketing background and my main strengths are in sales and human resources. I am a professional driven by results and goal achievements with a strong focus in order and structure. I am willing to relocate or work remotely. #relocate #remotework #sales #eor #peo #director

My family and I have made the decision that we would like and want to relocate from Colorado to Houston, TX area. I have applied to over 100 different potential employers that are looking for people in my skill set to be shut down. Are employers scared that I would be asking for relocation assistance? I have disclosed on my resume and cover letter that I am wanting and ready to relocate as. I have considered going down to Houston by myself and look for a job and live out of a hotel while I do, but it is difficult when my income is a majority of the household income. Does anyone have any advise to what I could do to ultimately move in the direction that my family wants to go?

I am tired of Ohio and have been thinking about moving to Florida and getting some warm weather in my bones. So I applied for a custodial job at Disney. I would love to work there, everyone always seems so happy. I know they treat their employees good too. It's just time to make a change.

Starting a new chapter of life, going to school for my Associate degree and relocating to Ohio to be closer to my aging parents.

I have to relocate to the Las Vegas area due to a family illness and I cannot find a job. I have been in quality control for manufacturing for almost 15 years and 8 of them as a quality supervisor. I get turned down for entry level quality positions, warehouse positions. I don’t care if they are entry level, I just want to work.

Hi, I'm relocating to Crownsville, MD and seeking an opportunity with e new organization. I have over 20 years combined experience as a Controller and CFO. I currently oversee and am responsible and accountable for all accounting activity for a 38m co. I received my MBA in finance in 2008 My experience has not only provided me with a full understanding of all income and expenses but also asset and liability management among many other aspects of financial planning.
To quickly summarize my career started in construction in both custom homes as well as commercial. It then progressed into design, project management, estimating, financial budgeting, financial management and controller to CFO in the landscape design-build arena. After completing my MBA I moved laterally in the agriculture industry to Laurel Valley Farms, Inc. Laurel Valley is the largest single site composter in all of North America. We manufacture compost specifically for the mushroom industry as well as process the by-product of spent mushroom compost into premium topsoil. Over the last 8 years with Laurel Valley I lead the company financially from a net worth of 1.25 million to in excess of 12 million; I love growth. My background and hands on experience has provided me with a full and complete understanding of all aspects of business unlike many controllers who arrive by way of a public accounting route. Good solid accounting is critical however, my focus has been more forward looking. Working with a team approach to strategic planning, the group can build strength and endurance for longevity in the organization. Should you or someone you know be in search of a forward thinking and dynamic individual to lead the finance department, please do not hesitate to contact me. Regards, Edward Koenig

I live in Chicago. looking fro jobs in Durham had many interviews , no one calls me back ,,should i move first then look for jobs ,, what you all think

My husband was offered a job opportunity that he could not pass by and we recently relocated from Chicago, IL to West Covina, CA. We don't have friends or family here and it's not been easy for me to meet people that can help advise where I might find work, etc...
My previous job was in a top school district in Naperville, IL for the past 10 yrs. I was an Administrative Assistant for 3 Assistant Principals and then a Guidance Secretary at 2 high schools.
I'm willing to change style of work as long as it's not in sales and building my own business. So far, it seems like the only people integrated in contacting me are insurance and financial companies looking for sales reps.
Please help me find a job soon!

I need a job in Dallas tx asap! Can anyone tell me some good places please.
