I'm in Ohio and I had trouble getting through and when they did answer it was always someone who couldn't look into my case, they could only answer basic questions so I kept calling until I could speak with the person that can make changes to the account and I finally got help or calling early on a Saturday you'll have a better chance of speaking with someone just keep calling back even when it says high call volume I got through by doing that I waited 2 months for them to fix, payout my claims Good luck it's very frustrating I know because it was for me .
