Would tuition reimbursement benefits designed for children encourage more employee loyalty?

Salaries & hourly wages are only a small part of the story when it comes to recruiting and maintaining the right employees. This #BostonGlobe article features a #BostonCollege #Custodian’s family #SuccessStory made possible through a tuition benefit plan offered to BC employees and their families. This would be an excellent model to grant more higher education access to low income families and companies would also benefit from more employee retention, loyalty, and lower recruiting cost. Thoughts? - http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2016/04/09/janitor-see-fifth-child-graduate-from-college/1XX0fLRZgXCZCgoMC2usQN/story.html
