When I started in retail in 2018, I had no experience in retail. I took a job working for Macy's from November - January 2019. The Macy's staff taught me everything I needed to know for my support associate position. It was a lot of work but I had the best learning experience ever and I got to meet a lot of customers/families in the process; helped them buy Macy's products. I was sorry my job ended.

@Sonya Dykes Hello Sonya, most work from home jobs will require some experience, if I were you, I’d focus on customer service roles. If you need to get some experience I’d recommend going out and applying for retail or restaurant work, with some customer service experience you’ll be able to leverage this on a resume.
