How do I find my first client as a VA, with no experience? Everyone is looking for experienced VAs, well I will gain the experience if only I get a chance to work. So how do I solve this problem? Any Tips? #advice #jobsearch #noexperience #workfromhome #customerservice #fulltime

No. Gary they are more concerned with doing their jobs then investigating g your online activity unless you are working as management and you are assigned a phone, tablet or computer. 98% of the time background checks are never done along with drug screening unless of course you have an accident on the job. Pssi needs good hard working hands who want to go to work safely and they are more concerned with safety practices at work and hiring people who are looking for manual labor who want to get paid really well.
