What I loved about working at #Trinity Rail was
the pay was great and benefits. Hours were great. But the management was horrible. Supervisors talking down to the employees making them feel stupid. I worked for them for 8 years and just had enough and finally left the company. I know a lot of workers that have left too because of the way they run things.
