You could try Serve Staffing, Babich, Acosta is a good company to check out, I worked for them for a few years in college and had 2 relatives retire from there. Hell, Orkin, Terminix, and all pest control seem to be hiring left and right in my area maybe check your area also.

I have been affected by the Coronavirus layoffs (I work in hospitality)-- while there is no word whether my job will be there for me when this is all over… I have been seeking out temporary jobs in the meantime.

I signed up for TaskRabbit to try and find some contract remote work. I’ve heard a lot of people find short-term gigs that sometimes turn into full-time. I’ll let everyone know how it goes.

Has anyone else used this site or some similar?? Thanks!

Good Morning, Christmas is coming and still no job offers? What can you do in the meantime? Plenty of people in your area are looking for help. Holidays offer a great opportunity to make extra money by asking friends, family members, and others if they need assistance with chores? House Cleaning, Shopping and other task? Take advantage of this time to earn extra money by driving for them? Let them know you are flexible and willing to help them achieve their goals. When I cleaned clients' homes I always let them know I am available for other services as well. I picked people up at airports, stores, and restaurants. Making money while enjoying Myself by helping others and you can too! Are you sitting on the sofa waiting for a call? How to pay your bills? Start by going to websites that post these kinds of offers. Call friends, family members and your next door neighbors let them know you are available.

After being downsized from my last fulltime position over a year ago, I'm beginning to wonder if I'll get hired for anything more than a warehouse labor position. Does anyone else here get the feeling that "ageism" is preventing them from working more than a "side hustle", "gig" or an "under-employing" job? #jobsearch

I wish I could find a job that is not on one of these idiotic freelance work sites. I have never had any luck with them. Yet that seems to be the only places to get jobs I am even qualified for. In my experience lot of the jobs are bids to the bottom. As in lowest bidder gets the job. That means no work for me. As they go to people who live in areas with low cost of living. #Frustrating. #freelance #gigs #art #artist #contentwriting

Just wondering how many gig jobs do you have? I drive for Lyft as you know, but I also sell things I get at auctions on eBay. A while ago I did some construction work with my buddy too. I make pretty good money. I have no desire what so ever to work for a boss. Always want to be my own. That's why I love gigs. Why are people always so damn negative about them though? I get told all the time to "get a real job." I DO have a job, just probably more than you do.
