Hey I was an instructor for Boeing for 38 years. She's talking Spanish like all of my colleagues I felt that I had the best job in the world , until the last 12 years when things are going really started going downhill . Finally in the last 3 years I had absolutely the worst manager I've ever had. How to work it too soon so many instructors quit with this guy it wasn't funny. He was making my life a living hell and then laid me off when big layoffs hit the company. However he wanted me to train new guys to take my job.
To add insult to injury, barely five months later Boeing is advertising for instructors again after they laid off over 25 experienced instructors. Hell, the chairs at our desks are stlll warm These new inst ructors will come in at about 60 to 70% of what we made.
They keep cutting my hour and they don't payee enough money

I am starting to doubt myself because I am an excellent sales person. I have demonstrated that at work. However, they have started putting me at closing hours where hardly any customers come in. I have checked their sales records and they are lower than when I am actually working day shift. How does that make since on their part?

Every single project completed is a moment for the customer as well as my self to be proud of. You truly can tell when quality workmanship and quality materials are used. The final results are flawless.
When I completed the Project of 786 million $ project of PAK ARAB Refinery with JGC Japan Based Company . We completed this project one Year Before the Given Target time.
Had no surport from the staff and upper management. Staff were jealous of your growth and did anything to get u in trouble and HR only listened to them . She would not even listen to a word that had to be said. Thought it was a good company but the knives just came . One of the worst companies for support
