I did and it was one of the hardest, yet most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. When the environment no longer supports your growth, respect, or wellbeing, it’s okay to walk away.

Leaving doesn’t mean failure it means you’re choosing alignment over comfort, and long-term fulfillment over short-term survival.
