It’s Tuesday Morning, Good Morning Community! Today as I start this day, I would like to take this time to Thank each for being apart of a special group of people in this community.
This community is special in so many ways. For the people who offer advice to the job seekers. And the people who search for jobs on a daily bases.
Never give up hope on finding a job. We as humans are hit with obstacles in life and learn how to overcome them in finding reasons not to give up.
Sometimes with patiences, other times with questions as to what’s next? Our dreams sometimes being shattered by the stress of not receiving a job offer from the companies one applies too? Still finding the strength to continue and not giving up? May your day be filled with many blessings and hope as you continue on your journey in your life. May you and your families stay safe and together during these tough times. And remember we are here for you. Whether for giving or receiving guidance in the community, I appreciate each of You!
From my family to yours, I sincerely appreciate each of you today and everyday forward.
Sincerely,
Mike C. #healthcare #MyThoughts #Positive #advice #community

"How are you?" The classic Ice-breaker means a little more these days
I've found myself pausing a bit when starting conversations with friends or candidates...most of us will begin any sort of discussion with a nearly automatic, "how are you" or "How's it going?" or "How's your day going today?" and it's really more of a habit than anything else.
However, lately given the current state of the Covid-19 pandemic I find myself being more mindful when asking this previously automatic question. I have no idea how another person is handling this situation...whether they've lost loved ones already or have relatives working in a healthcare system quickly running short on supplies...we are all in this together but our experience with this virus is not one-size-fits-all.
We need to keep checking in with each other and I hope everyone in this group is doing well! We are #strongertogether!

Hey
Hey its been a while a lot has happen since I last been on job case Happy new year everyone I hope everyone year going good so far just thank God for been here and all he has done for me I'm blessed I just say thank you God.

Good news: Jobcase growth just got rocket-boosters!
Good News Jobcasers – We have secured a large investment from our friends at Providence Strategic Growth Partners to supercharge our efforts as we make this the go-to platform for people and workers everywhere to build community and help one another better navigate their work-life.
It costs a lot to build this platform and tools and takes a lot of time. But we are excited for you to know that we now have more means to put our heads down and really push hard at making this site better and better over the coming months for you and for all of us in the community.
We are already running faster with these goals in mind:
Make managing your own worklife EASIER We will make it easier to share your profile and resume with anyone you want to – job sites, employers, educators, anyone, free of charge. We will keep making it easier to look great and capture all positive praises from coworkers, managers, and customers so you can take that with you as you move from job-to-job. And we will make things easier for everyone by turning your Jobcaser profile and resume into a common application for any type of work. This is your information, you should be able to easily control and share it as you see fit - & with just a few clicks, not constant copying and retyping. Fundamentally - we are working on all this to put you in the driver seat of your work-life.
EMPOWERING you through community Networking is not enough. Community is what matters. Community implies what is special about Jobcasers – we care about one another. We help navigate problems and opportunities. We don’t just help one another figure out what to do – we give support and encouragement. That is important. That is special. We will continue to evolve the tech that makes community building – large and small – easier and more effective for everyone.
ADVOCATING for workers interests Together as a community, we grow stronger as we grow larger. Together, we should reward good employers with our consumer dollars and encourage boardrooms to remember – workers are every bit as important to success as stockholders. And together, we will bring balance back to capitalism and make it work for everyone.
We only got here because so many of you have embraced a more positive way, where we support one another in the future of work. Thank you. Just as unions set out to protect workers, we have a vision to be a large, welcoming, open place for all – where workers are empowered, great employers are celebrated, and bad actors can be called out. A community for anyone: a) who cares about others, b) who drives their own work-life success, and c) who believes workers should be treated as well as stockholders.
There is a better way, and we now can work even faster to build the tools and platform for community building that you deserve.
Onwards and upwards, Fred
