I felt proud to work for #Community Bridges, Inc when...

This is a horrible place to work. Administration is confused at best. They likely do not know what they are doing was our guess. I was a crisis interventionist and it was not safe in the holding "unit" for any of the patients of staff. The work load was in no way doable even if you didn't stop for a lunch during a 12 hour shift in which you were expected to arrive 15 minutes early and leave even later. House keeping mopped the floor in there and did not dry it nor did they put up a a yellow caution sign indicating it was a slip and fall hazard. I slipped, fell, crushed my L patella and ruptured that tendon. This injury required 2 surgeries and I now have a permanent disability. This happened on in early July. In November Deb, in HR, called and told me I was fired because they "did not want to pay for my health benefits" but I could reapply for a job once I could walk again. Horrible working environment. Truly the worst in my 30 year career. The pay was great but everything else was grossly subpar. Dangerous in fact. Not worth the pay. I wouldn't send any person there for "help" either.

What I loved about working at #Community Health Network was

It WAS a great network to work for. They DID care about their employees. Now want to force the Covid vaccine on everyone. Non FDA approved vaccine with no time to tell what it can do to you. Magnets that stick to your arm where vaccinated OR lose the job that you have worked so hard to be good at. AND served the patients so well as asked!!! Think they could have served dedicated employees better then this choice!!

Work for a company with that gives back!

You may know McDonald's as simply a place to grab a quick bite to eat, but did you know they are so much more than that?

Each year McDonald's donates millions of pounds of food from their supply chain every year and hot meals from our restaurants to our communities in times of need and crisis.

They also support the Ronald McDonald House Charities® which enables families to stay together near world-class care facilities when a child is diagnosed with life-threatening illness.

What made me stay at #Community Cares was

How friendly, understanding, and helpful the staff is. The staff has been real understanding with me lately. With my mom being sick and ne needing time off.

What made me stay at #Community tissue services/Community blood center was

The people here are wonderful to work with, it’s really like a family. The benefits are great, there are frequent raises and bonuses each year, and I love what we do there; making life saving and life improving grafts to be used in surgeries.

What made me stay at #Community Home Health Services was

I stayed with CHHS because I needed a job and I thought it would get better. I learned a lot and for a short period of time, the job did get better. I really enjoyed going to work. Now it's under new management, there's been inconsistent training on a new system and I've lost all confidence in what I used to know. People that have worked there for years have quit and I no longer like the job I do. It's time to find something new.

Words of greatness!

I ve been telling you all everyday that, I'm very fortunate. Because of the most talented bunch of people I have ever know.still to this day I get words of courage, sentences like thank you for giving me a great pick me up. All of you do that for me too. You see to those of you that dont know, theres a angel amongst us......shes seen here and there ...peaks her head in to give thanks, and advice . It's because she does this.i get my turn to thank her as well. I'm not going to tell you all her name. Because we all have our own angel someone who doesn't have to go out of there way to make sure it's safe for us. So I'll say this to my ANGEL one cannot fly without the other. And it's because of you that I can.........STAY SAFE !! #motivation #inspiration #jobcasefamily #community #wordsofadvice
