Liveops needed to make a significant number of hires across 75+ markets nationwide for remote customer service agents who could provide help during the holiday season. Already using traditional sourcing strategies – including other job boards – to find applicants, Liveops turned to Jobcase to help expand both the channels they were using and the audience they could reach.

Liveops: driving brand awareness in 75+ US markets

Challenge

Liveops wanted to solve for two difficult challenges: 1) finding applicants with customer service experience across a wide range of markets, including rural areas and city centers, and 2) conveying to job seekers that the roles were work-from-home opportunities.

 

Approach

Jobcase recommended using Brand Boost from September through December to increase visibility of jobs and promote benefits in a single, cohesive Liveops-branded ad across every market. Jobcase targeted members who were active with Customer Service roles in the previous 21 days and provided an estimated reach of approximately 794,000 Jobcase members with Liveops messaging.

  • Total Avg. Open Rate: 24% (+7% vs competitors)
  • Total Avg. Click Rate: 5.2% (+2% vs competitors)
  • 75 locations targeted 
  • 794,000 Jobcase members reached

Given the flexibility of the solution, each month we were able to target 25+ new locations based on changing hiring needs. After 4 months of using Brand Boost, Jobcase helped deliver incremental growth in applications and increase brand awareness of Liveops roles.
