A global leader in the staffing industry was seeking alternative channels to discover and attract candidates for all of their non-exempt positions. 



Many aspects of the recruiting industry have been in flux due to the pandemic during 2020. As a result, this staffing firm encountered various difficulties trying to place workers in hard-to-fill markets, and fulfilling the hiring needs of their high profile clients. As unemployment grew, people felt uncomfortable going back to work as employers started to rehire and a particular concern was meeting the demand as recruiting escalated for specific types of positions.



Jobcase created a programmatic job feed integration plan to help the staffing company meet their talent needs. This offered a variety of benefits to improve performance and efficiency. Specifically, this approach provided greater transparency into the reporting of the campaign – allowing the staffing company the ability to monitor budget, velocity of candidate response, and overall ROI. It also enhanced the candidate experience by connecting them directly to the employer’s ATS – Bullhorn.



Jobcase’s programmatic integration had an impressive impact on this staffing leader’s ability to find and motivate candidates. Over a 30 day period, the campaign experienced an increase of over 28,800 jobs viewed, supported by massive targeted candidate traffic, resulting in a 58.3% increase in applications. The integration helped significantly improve the conversion rate over previous campaigns and drive desperately needed candidates. Our ability to adjust CPCs for job types and markets ensured conversion to critically needed applications. Ultimately, this integration led to improved performance in hard-to-fill markets as well – delivering vital applications for jobs in those regions.
