Due to the demands and concerns brought on by the pandemic, many healthcare providers have needed to hire facility staff who can help improve the overall experience of their patients. PCTs and CNAs are especially critical to bedside care for people in hospitals and long term care facilities. Given the recent safety issues, qualified personnel for these roles have become more difficult to come by.
In collaboration with the client and their recruiting partners, Jobcase developed a job promotion plan to target qualified candidates in specific regions. Over the course of eight weeks, Jobcase’s Customer Success team was able to monitor application activity and act on client feedback to optimize the campaign.
The healthcare organization was successfully able to attract many qualified applicants while keeping their recruitment costs low. For the Certified Nursing Assistant positions, recruiting was conducted across 4 states – with several bursts of solid activity at the height of the pandemic lockdown – garnering almost 200 candidates at an average of only $30 per applicant. The Patient Care Technician campaign had even greater success. It ran in 6 states, resulting in nearly 900 applicants – an average of about 14 per day – at a cost of only $16 per applicant.
